I’ve been photographing since I was 12 when I picked up my dad’s Canon F1 and started working in his darkroom.
He brought me up right – I paid my dues on the old metal film reels. He also taught me how to see. I have a BA in
English with an emphasis in American literature and creative writing and a minor in editing. This fall (2013) I’ll start
the MFA program in Film at the University of Utah. I’ve lived in the Southwest, the Pacific Northwest and southern Brazil.
